Version 0.2.1(.7) - Mobile controls and bugfixes


It too me 8 tries to upload a working version cause playtesting on mobile browsers is much more complicated than just uploading the exported project to Itch then loading the page on mobile.

Changelog

  • Added some bare-bones touchscreen support, so the game's playable on mobile now, though it's not very fluid
  • Added a Highlight Intensity slider in options. As well, touched up how the highlights look a little bit

Bugfixes

  • Fixed the missing interior blocks in Sphere 2
  • Fixed highlights not showing up in the browser version
  • Fixed crosshair not being centered on aspect ratios other than 16:9

Though the highlights seem to be brighter on the browser version than on the pc version. Probably some disparity between Godot's forward+ and compatibility renderers. Regardless, the Highlight Intensity slider was my solution to this
